die <strong> Seniorengymnastik<\/strong> im 1. FC Schwand. Ins Leben gerufen und \u00fcber 19 Jahre geleitet von Ernestine Grimm, seit 1994 weitergef\u00fchrt von Rosemarie Strehler standen und stehen dieser Sportstunde zwei wohlverdiente Damen der Gymmastik auf allen Ebenen vor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Ziel f\u00fcr die \u00e4lteren Sporttreibenden mu\u00df die m\u00f6glichst lange Erhaltung der Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit sein. Eine Voraussetzung ist sicherlich die k\u00f6rperliche und geistige Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durch <strong>regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges Training<\/strong> in der Seniorengymnastikversuche wir<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>die Beweglichkeit zu erhalten und zu verbessern<\/li>\n<li>die Muskulatur zu dehnen und zu kr\u00e4ftigen<\/li>\n<li>Koordination zu trainieren<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4higkeiten neu zu entdecken<\/li>\n<li>in der Gemeinschaft aktiv \u00e4lter zu werden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>und damit die Lebensqualit\u00e4t zu verbessern und l\u00e4nger zu
